The art work represents an ear in a meditative position, searching for peace amidst these noisy surroundings which are a result of our modern standards of living. Peace is something that every single being desires, but no one bothers to take a step forward in order to bring about a bigger change.
The artist has primarily expressed the ill consequences of noise pollution. He stresses on the vulnerability of one of our most precious gifts of nature, the sense of hearing and the havoc caused by the outrageous decibel levels in any given urban settings, in which most probably the human body was never built to sustain.
